Somehow I always manage to be away during important Lesley-and-Sabrina dates. I was in New York for Fashion Week on Valentines Day and now I am in Curaçao on our 2nd year anniversary.
In these past two years, he has AL-WAYS been there for me. Now I’m not gonna make this post an emotional and cheesy summary of our love life, but I just want to tell you that I love you Lesley.

It’s all the other dayes, like early monday breakfasts and lunch-wednesdays and dinner on sunday nights. Those days are your relationship. The every days. Count the days you have been there for him, and the days he has been there for you- THATS your relationship, and not the days you have been apart. And now, when you miss him – tell him that you may not be there today, but you were there yesterday and all the days to come. And it will not matter anymore that you are away.
Maybe you can celebrate, in 270 days, that you have been there for each other for a thousand days. THOUSAND days! A year is so diffuse and abstract, but days are something easier to get a hold of, it’s easier to get a track of time, if you see what I mean?
