A description of this collection would not really get me jumping up and down from excitement. Oversized money-print patterns on oversized anything, really? Seeing these images though, proofs once again that Jonny Johansson is a true genius. Inspired by Madonna‘s Ray of Light video and the girls from the streets, Johansson went for silk, treated cottons, bermuda shorts and lots of button-ups. Even leather was used in this collection that is meant to be worn in the warmer months of the year. Works for Acne!

This collection is just ultra in how the prints are so massive and sophisticated.
The concept and models’ make-up are a bit weird but I guess it’s his way of exploring new ideas and a curiosity for patterns and prints.
