Despite the fact that I have grown up in a digital world, there is things that only work for me on paper. One of them is writing down notes, I always (read: ALWAYS) carry around a notebook or two. I currently work with a Moleskine calender one to write down and plan ideas for the blog and one from Are You Swedish for random thoughts and to use during meetings.
Also, Vogue Collections! As one of my readers described, it is the paper version of Style.com. Sure comes in handy as a reference when writing about future shows and also to make my wishlist for fall/winter ofcourse. Even though I can not afford most of what is in there.

Same here! I find that when I make notes in my phone I always forget about them, whereas if it is in my writing pad I always reference it. I also can’t give up print magazines …its just something about those glossy pages almost sticking to my fingers I just LOVE.
I really love notebooks, I’ve got one in my bag and one next to my bed. If I can’t sleep because I’m having to much thoughts, I can write it down;)

Where did you order your custom iPhone case? It’s a great idea.
I used a Moleskine week planner this year, but I wasn’t convinced enough to get it for another year. My mom brought me a random diary from Berlin, and I wrapped it in a vintage Vogue image. Definitely need a material planner though, it’s the one thing I don’t use my phone for. I love your sleek iPhone cover!
I seriously have to get my hands on a moleskin, I’ve been wanting to have one forever and every creative person has one:) I can’t get enough of tiny notebooks either, I used to collect them.
I have an iPhone and an iPad too, but I love too much writing notes on my agenda. Completely understand you :)

I totally agree. I have so many notebooks, I love to carry them everywhere with me. My favorites from far are the moleskin ones but everytime i see one i can’t help but buy it ;)
I really envy you writing don notes! I am so lazy I usually…. ok, always write them down in my Blackberry notepad.. However, I am going to try be a bit more conservative, i love the simplicity of moleskin.

I agree with the carrying around a notebook at all times. As a writer inspiration usually comes when you at least suspect it, so to always have something to scribble down in is mandatory for me.
As well as having something to note down appointments and meetings in is a good thing for someone like me with a goldfish memory!
Love both the iphone case and the notebooks. I have several notebooks – of various sizes and styles- in which I like to jot down things for home or work.

I am a notebook-girl myself. I always carry those little black hardcovers with me, writing down all appointments, meetings and everything I need to remember. For my time in Paris I had two little black books which I still browse through from time to time. No smartphone could give me that kind of sentimental pleasure!
