I went to the H&M showroom today and they gave me this really cute leather lookbook, isn’t it nice? These are my favourite looks from their upcoming fall/winter collection. I’m definately going to use this book by the way, either as a clutch or a book to keep afterDRK things organized. I’ll show you the pics from the showroom later…
This evening was all about the Bijenkorf, our biggest Dutch luxury warehouse. The Bijenkorf celebrated its 140 year anniversary today with a fashion show full of designs made from any possible product that can be bought in the warehouse. From candles to books and from stuffed animals to umbrellas and even a chair, can you believe that?! It was nice to see something different for a change.
About the auction, what can I say? They were auctioning 20 giant balls and each and every one of them was designed by a designer, illustrator, brand, etc. I never experienced one before, but I must say I really wanted to raise my hand a couple of times to do the starting bid, because they never ended at the first bid. I didn’t dare to though, what if I did give the first AND final hand raise? Where does one put such thing anyway?
A nice colorscheme used for the Supertrash collection and look at those stunning leopard booties!

The sun hasn’t even really come out, yet today was one of the two big pressdays to take a look at the new autumn/winter collections. Sorry for the picture overload, I tried to make an as-tiny-as-possible selection of my favourite items that I saw today. I was really excited to see the Jan Taminiau, Claes Iversen and Iris van Herpen pieces from up close instead of walking down the runway and I must say they were A-FREAKIN’-MAZING! Ok, no more words needed, just enjoy the pictures and I’ll show you guys later what I was wearing. Nighty night!
Today I went to the TRIWA showroom to take a look at their new collection filled with gorgeous pastel coloured watches. TRIWA is a Swedish in 2006 established watch brand and their new collection contains perfect spring/summer ticking pieces if you ask me, so I had to try them all on! The icy blue one was definately my favourite and is going to find its way home by the end of this month. I also got a gift for my boyfriend from the showroom which you’ve already seen when you’re following me on Twitter and Twitpic, thank you TRIWA!
ps; These will available from the 25th of April on their website.
Remember that I went to the Ready to Fish store opening a couple of weeks ago? Styletoday interviewed me that day about the collection and now the video is up. Sorry it’s in Dutch and I look kinda ridiculous (I was in an instant fight with my bangs that day and I had to work all day and then run to the store opening).
