This is what I usually bring with me when I go for a day or two to my parents house. My favourite weekender, even though I don’t usually do brown, which I bought in Tunisia a couple of years ago. It happens to be real camel leather and it definately made my house smell for a couple of weeks when I came home. Off to my parents house now, will be back tonight!
ps: The bag is less shiny in real life and more of a dark brownish color.
I was featured on overdose.am yesterday in their Local Vogue section, a series of videos they do with local fashion people. They asked me to tell something about my style and to show my closet.
It’s so weird to see myself in motion, especially since English is not my native language and it’s definately something I want to work on, but I wanted to share anyways.
I’m pretty much a minimalist when it comes to decorating, I guess my simple style (but always with an edge) translates itself not only to my clothes, but to my room as well. As much as I love and try to stick to my style, I kinda die over Coco Rocha‘s apartment as well, even though it’s everything but minimalistic.
I love the way she decorated her whole house and how “every spot has it’s own little story”. Not to mention the YSL inspired ‘Yove Saved La Rent’ piggy bank…

Strolling down the city to find my little nephew the perfect gift. He is turning 1 this saturday and I can’t wait to give him the super cute present I got him. I wish I could show you guys what it is, but since my sister is reading my blog I can’t, yet!
About the outfit, I never really understood how people could wear shorts or a skirt with a super warm and cosy jumper or cardigan. I thought it was either too hot for the upper or too cold for the bottom, though I’ve always liked the look a lot. Yesterday’s weather made me want to try it again and it worked, this weather was purrrfect!
Since you guys were so curious about my job, during the questions and answers thingy, I’m happy to announce my new job. Apart from being a fulltime blogger, I will be writing about lifestyle for (I think I can say) the biggest Dutch news website there is out there, NU.nl.
It won’t always be easy to divide my time into fulltime blogging and writing, but I am a woman and we multitask just as easy as we shop, right?
